when I started working at pace my first job was to design and oversee fabrication and installation of a display for pace’s work. we decided to take up the challenge as an interactive experience. my co-worker/friend, ricardas blazukas and I came up the idea of hanging a big red cube where people enter from under and see a display of pace projects under a luminous ceiling, the projects on display were the pace projects with designs most sensitive to how daylight enters the buildings.
