Arabesque Name Plates

During the month of Ramadan in the year 2015, I was printing my artwork with Metal Fusion, a shop that prints photos on aluminium, the aluminium they use is not available in Kuwait but is imported and it is of the finest quality of finish for aluminium, when I realized they have the technology to die-cut according to cut file that I draw, I decided to go to a calligrapher and get my family’s names written in a calligraphic type juxtaposed with an Arabesque pattern, cut and hung with a leather strip. The result was so beautiful especially with how it reflected the light, so I created 4 plates for 2 newlywed couples that are dear friends, now it is on sale on the YourAOK Marketplace website for any name a person would request.
